300 South Residence

A local couple and their child have been living with their mother in a small 2 bedroom house on the front of a flag shaped lot in the heart of Moab. Their dreams of building a 4 bedroom home to better suite their family needs finally came to fruition after years of planning and patience for the financing and the right contractor. The goal was to bring as much natural light into the home surrounded by tall trees with sneak peaks of the Moab rim beyond.
