West Moab Remodel
East Moab is a neighborhood of small to medium size single family residential homes with low slung roofs and desireable back yards. With the addition of only a few hundred square feet, the living space of this home was greatly improved and opened up internally. Great emphasis was put on strengthening the connectivity to the yard. The mud room addition and detached gym garage also added to the usability and available storage for the local family. Only minor changes were made to the remainder of the home, but a fresh coat of paint, new plumbing fixtures and cabinets, and enlarged windows can make all the difference.
